Exchanges for Cerese products will only be entertained if we somehow shipped you the wrong product or size or the product you received was damaged in any way. In such cases, you can get Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases. Requests for exchanges must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order to our help address at customer@ceresestore.com

In the rare case that the product you received is damaged, incomplete or wrong we apologize for the inconvenience. We try to make sure that each order is correctly placed to every customer. However, should you find yourself in such a situation you can simply contact us at customer@ceresestore.com or call us at : +92-312-3554466 and exchange the product for something else. You can also get online store credit. Claims can be settled within 14 days of making the purchase and all products go to the HO for final approval.

Online store credit is digital money at your Cerese account. It means you can return your purchase and utilize the same amount for a later purchase.

BeechTree makes sure that all their customers are satisfied so we offer you the opportunity to exchange a product for another if the need arises. However, there are a few limitations as to how you can avail this opportunity.
- Please note that items on sales and promotions are not eligible for exchange
- Once sales start the final price at the sale will be the final price for any exchange
- The product is in a re-saleable condition
Please make sure that all tags and items are intact and that the garment is unused.
- CAN I GET CASH REFUND INSTEAD?
Cerese does not offer any cash refunds. We do offer online store credit or the chance to exchange your product for another, depending on the situation.
- HOW DO I GO ABOUT EXCHANGING A PRODUCT?
Simply email us at customer@ceresestore.com and request an exchange, and we will guide you through the process. Don’t forget to mention your order ID in the email.
